Fan Zhong Yan’s South of ChengDu Mission Part 4: Chen Fei Yang’s Reckoning

Recommended level 36 to 40. The final arc includes an enemy group and a duel with Chen Fei Yang.

Story

The last trail returns to Chen Fei Yang. His followers, his duel, and two final letters settle the investigation for Shaolin, Beggar Sect, and Zhu Ge Qi.

Before You Start

• Prepare 4 Buns and 2 Fried Bamboo Meat before returning to Zhu Ge Qi. Each Bun costs 30 Stamina and requires no ingredient. Make Fried Bamboo Meat with Cooking or obtain it from another player.
• Keep two bag slots open before the final letters are granted.

Route

1. 1Give 4 Buns and 2 Fried Bamboo Meat to Zhu Ge Qi at South of ChengDu (197/197).
2. 2Speak with Chen Fei Yang at Road to Shu (160/184).
3. 3Defeat 10 Revered Sabers and 8 Raging Swords around Chen Fei Yang.
4. 4Challenge and defeat Chen Fei Yang, then speak with him again.
5. 5Receive Chen Fei Yang Will1 and Chen Fei Yang Will2. This step requires two free bag slots.
6. 6Give Chen Fei Yang Will1 to the Shaolin Chief Abbot at Shaolin (199/198).
7. 7Give Chen Fei Yang Will2 to Beggar Sect Leader Long Zai Tian at Beggar sect (193/198).
8. 8Return to Zhu Ge Qi at South of ChengDu (197/197) to complete the mission.

Rewards

• This part awards 80,522 EXP, 41,224 Silver, 144 reputation, character-appropriate level 40 leg armor, a school-route-appropriate level 40 weapon, and character-appropriate level 49 leg armor.

If Progress Stops

• If the duel ends by death or escape, return to Chen Fei Yang at Road to Shu (160/184) and challenge him again.
• Defeat all 10 Revered Sabers and 8 Raging Swords before challenging Chen Fei Yang.
• The story completes only after both letters are delivered and you report to Zhu Ge Qi.
