Our position
We are aware of concerns about inappropriate language directed at players and their families in World Chat and the JX2 Royal community. This is a serious matter, and it calls for a careful, impartial response.
JX2 Royal does not prohibit profanity or ordinary conversations between players. However, conduct that affects players’ safety and well-being requires our attention. We are setting out our position clearly so the community knows how we will respond.

When chat moderation applies
Sharing someone’s name or personal information in World Chat or our community channels, or making threats, can distress other players as well as the person directly involved.
Effective immediately, we will apply temporary chat mutes of at least 12 hours in World Chat or the Telegram community when we identify serious conduct of this kind that may harm other players.
If we receive many player reports about other chat issues, our team will review what happened to help keep the JX2 Royal community a safe space for all players.
