Recasting Tianyang Exchange turns Laifu Treasure (Sky) from Month 2 Moon Festival Treasures into bound Dragon and Phoenix equipment. Bring the treasure to Li Peng Fei in Xiangyang and choose Recasting tianyang.

Summary
Moon Festival Dancer appears every 15 minutes in Shaolin, Wudang, Beggar Sect, Tang Clan, Yang Family, Five Poison Sect, Dragon Gate Town, West of Quanzhou, Chui Yan, and Emei. Defeat it to create Moon Festival Treasures, then use one Moon Festival Key to open each treasure.
Moon Festival Treasures can grant Laifu Treasure (Sky). Guaranteed rewards grant bound Sky, up to 20 per character each day. A Double Card does not increase this guaranteed amount.
Some openings can also grant tradeable Sky x2, or x4 with a Double Card. This reward is outside the daily bound cap. Every Tianyang equipment piece costs 280 Sky. One three-piece style costs 840, and both styles visible to your character cost 1,680.
