Taiyi Tower and Fantian Forest

Before you begin

One difficulty

Fantian Forest holds the first three fights and Taiyi Tower the last three.

How to enter

Form a party, including a one-person party, and have the leader speak to Vanguard Yang Zongbao. Every member must be in the same server area, level 80 or higher, have joined a school branch and have a PK value below 10. Fantian Forest is free to enter. Taiyi Tower costs the leader 5 Sky Tokens. Vanguard Mu Guiying lists the damage bonus each school branch gets in these stages and opens Reward Exchange, the Taiyi Tower Shop, which upgrades worn equipment. The party must have at least one school branch represented and enough bag space. After clearing Fantian Forest the party can continue into Taiyi Tower for a further cost. It is not a free second entry. The party chooses its own battle mode inside; the dungeon does not force one PK mode. Stages cannot be skipped.

The six fights

Each stage has a preparation phase, the fight and a completion phase. The party leader starts each fight by speaking to Mu Guiying inside the dungeon; Yang Zongbao gives story hints.

Experience per fight

Each completed fight grants EXP based on your character level. Clear all three fights in each dungeon for the rewards below.

Treasure chests and the Gold Chest

Only the party leader can open any chest. Every Sky Token a character spends in Taiyi counts toward their Gold Chest: 5 to enter Taiyi Tower or continue into it, 2 to return after defeat, and 2 for each paid Silver card. Each spend shows "Gold Chest progress: N/300 Sky Tokens." The total is saved on the character and is not reset by a new day, a weekly reset or a server restart. When a party clears stage 3 (end of Fantian Forest) or stage 6 (end of Taiyi Tower) and its leader, inside the dungeon, has spent 300 or more, a Gold Chest drops. Claiming it takes 300 off the leader's total, so a leader with 650 gets a Gold Chest on each of the next two final clears. The Gold Chest is free to open. The leader who earned it claims the Eclipse Fragment or gives it to a party member in the stage. If leadership changes it stays shut until that player leads again. A Gold Chest left unclaimed when the party moves on is lost, but the 300 stays on the leader's total. Party members' spending never drops a Gold Chest for the leader. Rewards keep each item's normal trade setting. Laifu Treasures, Dawn Fragments and the Eclipse Fragment are tradable.

Sky Tokens pay for the optional actions below. Every Sky Token spent here counts toward the Gold Chest.

Reward Exchange

Vanguard Mu Guiying's Reward Exchange opens the Taiyi Tower Shop. Wear the piece you want to upgrade and pay the fragments shown. The new piece is not tradeable and keeps the old piece's enhancement level and soul effects, like the Silver Coupon upgrade. A security-locked piece can be upgraded and stays locked. Each hat, shirt and pants piece offers both the Long Teng and the Phoenix Dance piece for your build. Accessories keep their main attribute: STR becomes Sunny Unicorn Treasure Ring, AGI Sunny Purple Jade Pendant, INT Sunny Cloud Tiger Token, OBS Sunny Red Sparrow Ring and VIT Sunny Jade Turtle Necklace. An Earth accessory gives more of its main attribute and a branch bonus; a Sunny accessory gives more maximum HP. Only the Sunny weapon from the Sunny Store or the Silver Coupon exchange upgrades to Hong Huang. Universe Sunny weapons do not. The game checks one fixed accessory slot. If an accessory upgrade says the accessory is not worn, move it to the other accessory slot. Ming Cult Blood Warrior, Chui Yan Spirit Maiden and Kunlun Sword have no upgrades for now. Eclipse Fragments come only from the Taiyi Gold Chest, one per chest.

Timers and limits

A run lasts up to 120 minutes. Preparation, fight and completion phases each have their own timer, usually five minutes. If the whole party falls, the fight timer revives everyone and returns the party to preparation. There is no practical daily entry limit. Each server area runs up to 30 instances of each dungeon at the same time.
