Xiahou Qin receives a warning that the Chi Fire Cult may be moving against an important map fragment. Before Yangzhou's deeper troubles unfold, you need to warn Changge Gate's allies across the world. Recommended level: around 21 and above. After the Changge warnings, Xiahou Qin turns to a more personal crisis. Xiahou Lian is ill, and Doctor Chen Min needs a rare ingredient before he can prepare medicine.

- 1Go to Yangzhou 223/197 and speak with Xiahou Qin.
- 2Help Xiahou Qin with her test by defeating Dragon Spring Village - foxes x20.
- 3Return to Xiahou Qin at Yangzhou 223/197.
- 4Go to Xiangyang 192/182 and warn Gongsun Shu.
- 5Go to Bianjing 161/197 and warn Zhao Yan Nian.
- 6Go to South of ChengDu 197/197 and warn Zhuge Qi.
- 7Return to Xiahou Qin in Yangzhou 223/196.
- 8Speak with Xiahou Qin at Yangzhou 223/197.
- 9Go to Yangzhou 214/201 and ask Doctor Chen Min what medicine Xiahou Lian needs.
- 10Hunt tigers near Shaolin or Linbao Mountain until you obtain Yellow Tiger Bone x1.
- 11Return to Doctor Chen Min at Yangzhou 214/201.
- 12Bring the Tiger Bone Powder to Xiahou Lian at Yangzhou 202/195.
- 13Return to Xiahou Qin at Yangzhou 223/197.
