Cut Step
Skip the three hall objectives and defeat five targets in one supported fight.

Full Step
Fight through the Front Hall, rescue captured heroes in the Middle Hall, and defeat the Palace Master in the Rear Hall.

Before You Enter
- 1Form a Level 80-99 party of 4-8 heroes from at least 3 sects. Every member must belong to a sect.
- 2Bring every party member to Yuchenzi Xuanyuan in God Realm at Location 189/193.
- 3Make the captain speak with Yuchenzi Xuanyuan and choose Enter Mysterious Palace.
- 4Inside, speak with the Tianyin Patrol Guard and choose No deal. Fight!
Challenge Stages
01
Front Hall
Break the first defence and complete an extra battle objective before finishing the boss.
Completion
Defeat the Tianyin Sorcerer, then have the captain speak with Emei Liu Xuan and choose I will help rescue them.
If the attempt fails
The hall closes when its combat timer expires. If the side objective fails, the party can still defeat the Sorcerer.
- 1Defeat the Tianyin Patrol Guard to call out the Tianyin Sorcerer.
- 2Watch for the announced side objective.
- 3Finish the side objective before defeating the Tianyin Sorcerer.
- 4Defeat the Tianyin Sorcerer before the hall timer expires.

Middle Hall
Protect captured Wulin heroes while fighting the Tianyin Jailer and his traps.
Completion
Defeat the Tianyin Jailer, collect the treasure, then have the captain speak with Emei Liu Xuan to enter the Rear Hall.
If the attempt fails
A lost prisoner reduces the rescue result but does not immediately end the hall. Keep the escape lane clear and finish the Jailer within 10 minutes.
- 1Start the rescue with Emei Liu Xuan.
- 2Protect each Trapped Wulin Hero as they move toward safety.
- 3Control the rotary saws and move away from Ice and Fire Formations.
- 4Defeat the Tianyin Jailer within 10 minutes.

Rear Hall
Confront the Palace Master in a rear hall filled with mechanisms and fallen fighters.
Completion
Defeat the Mysterious Palace Master within 10 minutes. The party can then begin the hidden-mastermind chain or leave.
If the attempt fails
Avoid trap zones and clear dangerous summoned enemies. The challenge ends if the boss timer expires.

Hidden Masterminds
Challenge additional palace leaders after the main clear.
Completion
Defeat the boss, then claim or assign its Treasure Chest. Repeat up to four times or have the captain end the challenge.
If the attempt fails
A new boss cannot be summoned until the current chest is claimed. Each boss has a 10-minute timer.

Tianyin Sorcerer
The first palace leader appears after the Patrol Guard falls.
How to Fight
- 1Complete the hall side objective before defeating the Sorcerer for extra EXP.
- 2The side objective may ask the party to defeat reinforcements, defeat the Juechen Twin Heroines, or protect Lin Chong.
Middle Hall
Tianyin Jailer
The Jailer controls the prison hall while captured heroes run for safety.
How to Fight
- 1Protect escaping heroes from rotary saws and the Jailer.
- 2Ice and Fire Formations appear during the encounter.
- 3More rescued heroes produce a stronger rescue result.
Rear Hall
Mysterious Palace Master
The Palace Master waits among mechanisms, Tianyin zealots, and fallen fighters.
How to Fight
- 1Avoid wooden mechanisms, saw souls, and thunder attacks.
- 2Defeat Zombies that rise from fallen martial fighters.
Hidden Masterminds
After either main route, spend 2 Tong Tian Tokens to summon one hidden mastermind. Defeat the boss and claim its chest before starting the next challenge.

Failure and Recovery
- Entry fails if a member is outside Level 80-99, is on another map or game server, is sleeping, has not joined a sect, or the party has fewer than four heroes or three sects.
- Only the captain can begin a route, continue between halls, summon hidden masterminds, or lead the party out.
- If a combat timer expires, the challenge ends. Traps return affected heroes to the current stage area.
- The party is revived between the main halls. The Cut Step also provides automatic revival support during its fight.
- Claim or assign the current hidden-mastermind chest before summoning the next boss.

Cut Step Assault
Fight all five palace targets in the main hall with Heavenly Descent and automatic revival support.
Completion
Defeat all five targets within 10 minutes. The party can then challenge hidden masterminds or leave.
If the attempt fails
Dead heroes revive automatically during this battle. Keep fighting, but the challenge still ends when the 10-minute timer expires.

- 2Focus targets together and use the revival support to recover from knockouts.
- 3Defeat the Palace Master, Sorcerer, Jailer, and both Wooden mechanisms.

The same hidden-mastermind chain follows the Cut Step.
Completion
Defeat, claim, and repeat for up to four bosses.
If the attempt fails
Claim the current chest before summoning another boss. Each challenge has a 10-minute timer.

- 2Defeat the summoned hidden mastermind.
- 3Claim or assign the Treasure Chest.
- 4Continue up to four times or end the challenge.

- 2The party receives Heavenly Descent support and automatic revivals during the fight.
Hidden Masterminds
